MPAC currently has 35,831,895 common shares issued and outstanding.
MPAC also has 3,200,000 unexercised Warrants outstanding. These are exercisable
and expire as follows:

3,200,000 exercisable at $0.12 and expire in August 2009.

In addition, there are 3,359,050 unexercised Options outstanding at various prices.

On a "fully diluted" basis MPAC, therefore, has 42,390,945 common shares outstanding.

J. Richard W. Hall, BA, MSc., LLB, Director, President, and Interim CEO
Mr. Hall has in depth experience as an In House Legal Counsel and Executive in the private and public sectors. He has been a Director of publicly traded companies since 1993; he sits on the Board of multiple private companies and has been a Director of MPAC since 1999.

Firoz Lakhani, Director, Past President, and Member of the Corporate Governance Committee
Mr. Lakhani has more than twenty-five years of international business experience. He has been a Director of publicly traded companies since 1995 and has been a Director of MPAC since 2000. Mr. Lakhani also sits on the Boards of a number of private companies.

Leslie Maerov, Director, Corporate Secretary, and Chair of the Corporate Governance Committee

Richard N. Allegretto, BASc., Civil Engineering, P. Eng., Director and Member of the Audit Committee
Mr. Allegretto has considerable expertise in feasibility reports, design and project management and administration and development of government processes in relation to engineering. He was appointed to the Board as a Director in 2004.

Dr. Richard J. Warren, MD, FRCS (C), Plastic Surgeon, Director and Member of the Audit Committee
Dr. Warren is an accomplished Surgeon who was one of the founders of the successful Cambie Surgical Centre in Vancouver, British Columbia. Apart from his involvement in biotech venture capital initiatives, he became a Director of MPAC in 2005.
