V6R 4R8 November 20, 2006 SYMBOL: “MPN” on TSX-V PLANT EQUIPMENT ARRIVES AT THE PORT OF ISTANBUL, TURKEY November 20, 2006: Vancouver, British Columbia – MPAC Industries Corp. (the “Company” or “MPAC”) is pleased to announce that the plant equipment has safely arrived at the port of Istanbul, Turkey and is awaiting customs clearance. Once clearing customs, the container will proceed by road to the Tokat / Zile coal mine site (the “Coal Mine”). Site preparation at the Coal Mine is under way and is expected to be completed on or before December 10, 2006 subject to any unforeseen circumstances including inclement weather. Once the site is ready and the plant and the equipment are in place, the engineers from the manufacturers of the plant equipment will travel from Canada to the Coal Mine to check, test and fine-tune the plant prior to the commencement of any commercial production. As stated in the Company’s News Release of October 25, 2006, MPAC expects to have commenced production and delivery of refined coal at the Tokat / Zile Coal Mine prior to the end of the first quarter of 2007.
